After 33 years of working in compensation and benefits in corporate America, I've shifted gears to focus on helping others who are managing these responsibilities. For the past 22 years I've had the privilege of leading global rewards organizations for three major global companies - Motorola, Inc (based in Schaumburg, IL), Applied Materials, Inc (based in Santa Clara, CA) and E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (based in Wilmington, DE). Whether you need an interim head of Total Rewards, an analysis of your executive compensation programs, a review of the effectiveness of your annual cash incentive plan, an effective health and wellness strategy or a second opinion of how you're managing your global resources...
